I believe that everyone deserves to live a meaningful life, but that many do not experience this life because they are either immobilized by their fears, lack direction and clarity about their purpose or they get distracted and lose focus. You already have the inner resources and strengths needed to transform your life and I am committed to supporting and empowering you to start your journey towards wellness.

For the last 20 years, I have partnered with persons, from ages 5 to 95 & helped them tap into their true greatness. My clinical approach is Integrative& I utilize various methods that will create the best results for your personal situation & desired outcomes. While I specialize in treating trauma & crisis intervention, I welcome all that desire change.
